1/27/12 Mother Teresa For President, Really
Mother Teresa, was undoubtedly a great lady who did great things for the poor and downtrodden, but that is not what this country needs for a president, at this time. She did her great work with voluntary contributions, in places that most folks would not go, As far as I know, she did not run up a $15 trillion debt, nor spend money on herself like it was going out of style.
Senator Bob Dole, and Senator John McCain both are endorsing Governor Mitt Romney. They both ran for president, how did that turn out ? I have been told that birds of a feather flock together, and I fear that Governor Romney will suffer the same fate that the two Senators did. All three gentlemen are great men and have earned their places in history, but I don’t think that the third time will be the charm that wins the Presidency. This nice guy, Mother Teresa approach is not going to cut it. Democrats don’t play by Queensbury Rules, We need some one that will take it to the street thugs.
Have you forgotten that the Federal budget was balanced, when Newt Gingrech was speaker. You hear the praise that President Clinton gets for leaving a surplus in the treasury. Are you naive enough to believe that there would have been a surplus, if the Democrats were left to their own devices, I think not.
You hear all the critics screaming about Newt being forced out of office, charged with 84 ethics violations. What happened after Newt was drummed out of office, the ethical folks that were left, really got things on the road to disaster. Newt paid $300,000 in fines, but what would you pay to get the vultures to stop pecking your eyes out? All 84 charges against Newt were dropped, does that tell you anything about the kind of people that run our nation. The more I hear Nancy Pelosi and the other old goats tell what a rotten guy Newt is, the more I like Newt. Newt has a track record of getting results in Washington, so I recommend that we send Newt to the Oval Office, Mitt to the private sector, where he can make millions and create jobs, and pay millions in taxes.
Ron Paul and Rick Santorum make a lot of good points, and I would vote for them, if they were the nominee. Ron Paul is right about the Federal Reserve bank.
“The central bank is an institution of the most deadly hostility against the principles and form of our constitution. I am an enemy to all banks discounting bills or notes for anything but coin . If the American people allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”
“Banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies.” Quotes From Thomas Jefferson
Do not Forget that about 50% of voters work for a living, and 50% vote for a living.
